It hasn't really worked for my either, but the first 2 days I was using cold water in a 8 fl. oz. glass. This morning I tried the warmer water and entire quart, but I just couldn't do it. I could only take a few sips and then had to wash it down with lots of water. I'll try again tomorrow and perhaps be more brave! I did take extra tea last night so I had the urge to go when I woke up... not a lot in the BM, but there was something.
