Good for you... I must admit that I am feeling a little tempted this morning, but I am determined not to give in! Glad to hear that SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is working for you... I have been having eliminations, but not a lot and definitely there is some delay after taking the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or laxative tea. This is nothing new so I believe that there is some impacted matter in my digestive tract. I did do a round of bowel cleansing recently and that has helped matters as long as I stay away from the starchy, heavy breads, pastas, etc. anything like that. I'm hoping that the Master-Cleanse will help clean out the bowel to some extent too. We'll see, but I might have already gotten some of it in recent months!
