So far so good for me to... the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) went much better this morning. Though some of it did come back up - realized I didn't use enough water yesterday. The eliminaations have been steady this morning now for about 3 hours... guess I'm making up for lost time yesterday. Energy is a bit here and there and I feel a bit spaced out at times, but it's alright. Wel... so far so good - but in two hours I'm facing a challenge. A catered lunch is being brought in to work today... yikes. But enough people know about the cleanse here that I will be determined not to show them that I'm unable to complete it.. wish me luck.
