everytime you go up and down in weight by a lot any reducing diet will not be as effective as it once was. so get a hold of your eating habits now before they get a hold of you via your love handles. ♥

bread and sugars fatten me up like nothing else too. not real Sugar like maple syrup and fruit but processed White Sugar ....i totally feel your frustration. why does the bad stuff taste that good! hee hee
