a E.O. is oil that is derived from a plant source and is real.

not synthetically scented.


they are $$$ and you usually add a few drops to another oil like coconut or olive oil to massage the skin.

the scent of E.O. does things to you like brightens your mood or whatever. its aromatherapy.


massage of the fatty areas makes sense because fat hold toxins. so it would help squish it out with moving it around. someone on here had a lymphatic massage and she said it made her feel so much better. she was having detox issues with feeling sick and stuff.
