hey
i really want to start the mc but i am scared of the amount of weight that i will gain back after all is said and done...cos i know your metabolism gets messed up and mine is already sluggish. after the cleanse i plan on sticking to a vegetarian diet but i dont think this will be enough...any words of wisdom would be welcome
