I hear you. I am also at the end of day 4 too-- not hungry, or miserable either. I will say that my energy level is not as high it was on days 1 & 2 though.. No sludge coming out in the toilet either.. i thought that would be happening by now. The tougue is already clearning as of today.. I though i was toxified from eating too many french fries, white rice, & fried eggs the past few months (travelling in South America), but maybe not? Anyways, keep on keeping on.........
