Hi V. Danzer,
I finished 15 days of Master-Cleanse 2 weeks ago, and I was told to do the break part for 1/2 day for each day of MC. So I was getting back for 7-8 days. Unfortinately, I did not gain much weight since I finished MC. Probably it takes time. Since it was my first MC, I'm no big expert, but that's what I did. I still watch what I eat.

You probably could use Sheldon's directions, because Stanley B. wasn't quite definite.
