i'm on day 3 and all through last night my legs were aching which i never have and it's continuing today and now my toes are tingling like as if they are asleep. i do have a head cold which started the same day as my juice fast but thought i would go ahead with it anywayz. i'm mixing master cleanse lemonade with vegitable juicing and fresh broth. i've been told in the past that i'm slightly hypoglycemic. so whats up with the leg aches?

i know i'm not doing the mastercleanse completely but posting here just in case someone with more knowledge about fast will see this.
