Sally,
it seems that Epsom Salt helps lower blood pressure.
You can test it on yourself before you actually attempt doing the clense.
First, you should do Water Cure for at least 1 day to insure you are hydrated.
Then the next day take 1 tea spoon of Epsom Salt deluted with water and just eat and do as you are use to.
Monitor your blood pressure to find how you react to epsom salt.
Then, if you have no negative reactions, the next day you can take 1 table spoon of Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) with water.
Again, monitore your reaction.
If there is no negative reaction, then you will feel secure and safe and ready to do liver cleanse.
Please let us know your experience with BP and epsom salt.
Other people reported lower blood pressure when taking daily 1 teaspoon of epsom salt (magnesium sulfate).
Regards
Agnes
