It is recommended to Liver Flush BEFORE doing the Master Cleanse. I did a series of 3 although I resumed eating to have my "last supper" before a lengthy Master Cleanse. There would be no problem with segueing right into the Master Cleanse.

It is also recommended doing a Liver Flush AFTER doing the Master Cleanse, however, it is best done after normal eating and elimination has resumed.
