well part of the colon stopping digestion is what is good about this cleanse.
i wonder if you might do better backing off the tea a bit.

also i had to drink a lot of water the first weeks off the cleanse because i felt "stuffy". your digestion has to wake back up again. another thing you could do is put some pulp in your lemonade. that way it has something solid to work on while fasting so its not totally going to sleep.
