I went back to my last post and trying to figure out what I said...that
was disagreeable..
I really didn't/wouldn't give any advise as I didn't know the situation...
starting weight ,etc...

I have the same type of metabolism and when I was younger and would loose weight in my sleep... 'enjoy it', I was referring to how nice it is to be able to eat anything...while off the master cleanse.

You are unique and given the circumstances I'd taper off ,too...

you will gain the weight back so make sure you eat healthy and balanced...
