Don't feel bad, I did awesome too on the cleanse until OJ day. I ate stewed tomatoes (big headache), then the next day had Watermelon (headache), what the hell - a bit later made a salad (headache) thought I might should go back to drinking oj (headache, headache, headache). Now my digestive system is pissed at me and my colon is having trouble keeping up with all the food I'm mowing down on after depriving myself for 10 days. I can finally (2 days later) eat something (anything) without getting a headache.

We are only human and I think it's a mental thing. You know you should break the fast correctly (by the book) but you just binge from depriving yourself of solid food for so long. Congrats on getting through the 10 days! Be proud of yourself! YOU ROCK!
