If your not going to do the swf, then just the senna tea am, and pm should do just fine increase water intake will help as well. I was unable to keep the swf down so the tea worked great am and pm for me. Sommer has suggested at times that an enama works well in a crises or when you need an extra help, something that I'm going to do my next round.
