I have been going very little each day (watery and mucus-like), but I'd estimate at only about 1/2 cup max...(had no other estimates on measurements; i didn't actually put it in a cup)

I am doing smooth move day and night (no SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) because of high blood pressure), and it doesnt do much except make my stomach hurt at night...

Usually i go in the AM, but as i said.. it's VERY little.
I'm concerned as i've seen posts that folks are passing ropes and a whole bunch of things by this stage.
Is this stuff building up in me and not coming out?
I feel like toxins are loosening up, but have no way to push out..

What can i do?
