I know nobody hereis a doctor, but off the record, should a doctor be recommending that i take medication if my BP was 142 over 73??

It was the same 3 months ago...

I'm hoping it will go down as i am doing the Master-Cleanse and plan on changing my lifestyle, eating better, less salt, bad fat and sugars... as well as excersizing

Does the Bragg Liquid amino raise BP the same as salt does?

Just thought someone here may know
