Hi Lee, I think I get the same brand you do, does it tell you how his mother got through Breast Cancer on the bottle label? To answer your question, it should replace your probiotics after a cleanse. That is what I am going to use. Before I was on a cleanse I would have one everyday. They are soooo good. I like the citrus one.
