Hi everyone, I am about to do a 21 day Master Cleanser...I have done it once before but I broke it after 11 days, and I did not properly eat afterwards...I pretty much let the diet go to waste! I ended up gaining all my weight back...I was just wondering, did you guys gain all your weight back?? Is it even possible to keep the weight off??? Thanks so much!
