I use a brand called Redmond I get at my health food store.

either work great for me , just can't get celtic here...

Try the swf as prescribed and you more than likely won't be driving
the porcelin bus...it's not that bad for most..

also , I don't think that drinking separately is a good idea..unless you jump up and down like a martini shaker it is going to be harder on your stomach! Same goes for the Master-Cleanse cocktail ...mix at once and just get it over with...
