Well, I am not off to a good start for my first day. I only got through about 3/4 of the Salt Water and I did what someone recomend. I put the salt in with just one cup of warm water and then intermitantly drank the rest of the warm water. But I knew half way through it that something was going to happen. I remained calm and was just sitting up in bed, when all of a sudden I ran to the toilet just in time. The whole amount I just drank came projecting out of me! Can someone tell me if this is common, if I did something wrong and if I can just stick to my Senna tea (which I like) for both morning and night? Does the tea have the same results?
