all fasting will produce stones. not just the MC. thats why you do it for a peroid of time. not 365 days a year for the rest of your life.

curezone suggests a Liver Flush for ending your total cleansing protocol anyway.


i personally upped the healthy fat in my diet post cleanse and passed my stones with normal bile production. i didnt do the liver flush.

stones aside....it doesnt change the fact of what The Master Cleanse does as a whole.

so that guy who is pimping his product can stick it. i went through many products scripts, diets and methods to try to get rid of my chronic knee pain, wrist pain, carpal tunnel, headaches, ganglion cyst, yeast overgrowth in the digestive track, dark circles, skin rashes, insomnia, facial lines

NOTHING even came close to what The Master Cleanse did for me. AND its true healing because the effects stay with you post cleanse and you get better and better feeling.
