Hello,

The Master-Cleanse book says that you should have 2 to 3 bowel movements a day. I am only having one while on the cleanse and that is in the morning after drinking the salt water. I am on my third day and feeling pretty good even have energy to go to the gym. I normally have 2 to 3 movements when eating solid food. Does any one have any information or feed back on this. I'd really appreciate it.
