Organic...its pretty easy to find these days even in a larger grocery store...it seems to be becoming mainstreamed more. I use Brown Cow or StonyFarm or Stonybrook? Anything with live cultures and NOT corn syrup. I like plain since I can add maple syrup if I want and I like it with granola and nuts and raisens too.
I always buy a quart too and never mess around with smaller containers.
