That be me this afternoon after I applied some super strength herbal salve to my knee. The cayenne, african bird pepper in it made me want to scream and dance. I resisted scrubbing it off since, in this case, no pain, no gain....

Primal Defense on the other hand slides down easy like it knows where its going....
