Well, day 6 is almost done and i'm still feeling great. After alot of reading, I've decided to keep my first cleanse to a 10 day'er. It took alot of will power to get this done, but after I got over the hump, which was around the 3-4th day, i'm feeling great.

I do have two questions however. I'm still BM'ing alot and some of it looks like snot or mucus, what is that and why is so much BM still coming out this late into the MC? Is that stuff that has been there for years or something?

Second question is about the breaking of the fast. I read about the orange juice, ect.. But do you just drink the OJ all day, or are you still drinking the lemonade, and if so how much of it?
