Actually I was used to drinking MEGA cups of Expresso daily, so of course I quit coffee (yeay) during the cleanse... the Green Tes is fine... I have been drinking that throughout... but I wil definately eat hours before bed- and also quit the detox teas. Thank you so much.. I cant wait to eat something... and I am anxiously waiting to start eating Raw as well. I was so scared I would never be able to eat food again! I know thats naive, but thats how i felt! Thank you so much, this forum has really helped me get through a few issues. Good Luck to all!
