Number one...you are yourself...

things don't happen for a 'Devine reason'...they happen as a result!

I'm on day 8 of a 45...I've done about a dozen MCs.

This is by far the smoothest, cleanest ,easiest so far.

The SFWs are working better, I'm BMing, however there's not a lot of junk.
I'm actually pretty amazed. I think that I'm pretty clean.


I fasted a lot in the past ,prior to learning / trying Mc yet no results like that of MC...

As far as healing, I was healed of ALL headaches,acne, digestive problems,tooth decay 30 years ago when I stopped eating Sugar and animal products...NO meat, poultry etc...no eggs. I think that the chemicals and hormones used in 'products' are killing us. At least eat natural meat and free range chickens and eggs. I virutally don't eat anything with preservatives or food coloring either.

There's no magic bullet...it's a life long program that you have to adhere to in order to be healthy. No pill or 'one ,two or...more MCs are going to do it.

You are making and taking the right steps. For me the discipline I develop during the Master-Cleanse carries and sticks with me to help me alliviate the crap in my diet.

It can do the same for you,too...
