Ok, Im really frustrated with the lack of weight loss, so think Im going to call it at 14 days and try something else. Im thinking just raw veggies or juicin' them.

How long should I do that until I do the liver cleanse?

I could stay on this until day 21 if anyone thinks this is just a plateau, because what I really want to do is drop as much weight as quickly I can.
