Did your head hit anything at all, if it did I would not go to sleep unless you have someone there that could wake you up everytwo hours, in case you have a concussion. If your head hit anything. Also look in the mirror and see if your pupils are dilated (Big) or to little from usual. If so, same as above.

Other than that I would say continue on your MCF, that should have nothing to do with it, unless you want to start breaking it, but I think it would be wiser to do what you've been doing so if there are any changes you will know what its from.
