Hi, if you use P&B shakes with lemonade - it's different protocol. I've done it a year ago as a part of Ultimate cleanse. You can read a book by Larry Clap '90 days for prostate health', it's very detailed. In it he gives addresses and places to buy all this stuff, and lemonade + P&B + Colon Program stuff is done for 8 days, and then you switch for Colon pgm + Whole body program for almost 3 months. I know that people who do Master-Cleanse don't approve of just adding P&B shakes. I'm not sure why, it's my first time on MC, so my experience is limited, but you can ask gurus here.
