I hit a plateau 2 days ago, days 1-9 I lost a total of 12 pounds. On the morning of day 10 and today, day 11, I'm stuck where I was on day 9- exactly.

I'm grateful that I'm not gainning. I partially attribute my weight loss stand-still to the fact that for the last 2 mornings, I've had to weigh before my morning "elimination" because I've had to be up and out of the house 2 hours earlier than normal. And any weight at a differernt time of the day simply doesn't count in my book.

On another note, I'm at day 11 and the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is still not working as effective as it was before. More on that later...
