The shoulder pain can be indicative of liver congestion. The pain below the left rib might be a kidney problem. If you also have lower back pain then you might consider doing a kidney cleanse while you are getting rid of parasites. I had shoulder pain disappear for good after doing one Liver Flush so that might help your shoulder too.
