I am starting a 21 dayer tomorrow -- I have all the ingredients today and am getting ready to drink my tea. I am totally toxic - my mother passed suddenly on 1/14 and had a stroke on 12/24. Since that time I've comforted myself with food and way too much alcohol. I need to heal my body and mind - and this is a good start. Pray for me - I'll need all the support I can get. I'm afraid to get on the scale *I bet I'm up 15* I also hear it takes 21 days to get all the alcohol out of your system.

I use peppermint tea -- mainly to keep my mouth busy, and find it comforting.
