yesterday I started a 45 day MC.

I can appreciate what you have gone through and look forward to the same feeling.
Like you said,Jeff, you are doing this for yourself. That's what makes it so wonderful and fullfilling. That's what makes the toughtimes,hungry times, A.M.
bathroom times, 'huggie' times and delirious times worthwhile. You are loving yourself and doing something great for yourself. hee haa!!!

You really can only identify if you have done it, so those that are just starting or doing for the first time you have so much to look forward to! It is truly an amazing experience.

Have some soup for me!
