I do not agree with drinking as much SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as you can in ten minutes then tossing the rest....this is a personal thing but nowhere in the book or elsewhere have I ever seen that recommended....just my 2 cents. Ideally, you would want the salt to be in solution so it matches the salinity of the blood and does not create any burden on the kidneys especially or promote edema elsewhere...
