OK, so you don't take supplements.
Do you eat anything, that restores the good bacteria, like yogurt, or sauerkraut?

No, he doesn't do SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) at all. He hates it. He does 'Smooth Move' first thing in the morning and last thing at night. And he drinks 4 cups of lemonade a day. And as I mentioned a little bit of water, he told me about 1, up to 1 and a half cup of water.
Today is our Day 9, tomorrow's his last day. Yes, his elimination was always good; but still he's diagnosed with prostate cancer, and it worries me very much. No, he doesn't have headaches, and seems to sleep a little bit better. And his tongue is better.
That's me who has headaches not severe, but still. And my tongue is half coated white. I want to do it for 15 days. Hopefully.
