Thanks, I am on day 6 and feeling really good but come here to help me stick with it. A family member of one of my patients tonight bought all the nurses pizza (my favorite) and it was so hard not to join in the fun but it was gratifying to sip on my lemonade and watch everyone else bite into the grease knowing that it wasn't going into my body! Thanks again for the tips, Mel P.S. I hate this tongue thing, oh well must take good with bad!
