Well heres my story. Im on day 17 right now and I have continued to have ONE cup in the morning after my lax tea. My results have been fantastic (feeling better than ever, cleaning out most of the toxins and dropping a good chunk of weight).

Now this is my first full length MC, I am certain that it would be better without the coffee but I tried without it and had major, major, major withdrawl headache. I only made it about 12 hours without the coffee on the MC. I decided after that to take a couple of days off then regroup. As I said above I am now on day 17 and feeling absolutely great.

If he does have coffee, I would say only one and in the morning, you dont want to interrupt the lemonade during the day once you get it started. As a side note NO MILK OR DAIRY CREAMER this is mucous forming and would add even more of a burden to the body to elinminate it.
