things that improved for me:

joint pain - was so bad i couldnt walk. stairs - forget about it.
ganglion cyst - shrunk to half the size
carpal tunnel/tendonitis - only sometimes acts up with weather before i couldnt use my arm at all. not even for holding the phone.
headaches
dark circles
