I know what you mean, I was reading my old posts and realized that I'd had MANY false starts never making it through the first night before devouring something. I successfully completed an 8 day, then a 10 day and then I quit one on day 4 of a planned 14 day due to a never-ending period- seriously, I bled or spotted for more than 90 days of 120- because of Master-Cleanse (too many, too close together).

My plan is to make this a twice yearly thing, 14 days of MC, then on to juice fast for another 7- a 21 day cleanse twice yearly. In the furture, I think I'll do a series of Liver Flushes before and after each MC.
