Hey BB!

you are quite an encouragement on here...I figure now that I've begun this, I will finish so I don't have to start over. LOL I am determined to go 10 days. If on day 10 I feel uncompromised in my daily life (no symptoms), I may continue a few more days too. But I will go the ten for the "full" cleanse effect. Weird, but my little victories each day are the results of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and the scale, LOL
