Hi Geminilady,
is the water intake something that is absolutely nesessary, or it's for additional help?
My husband, who is on Master-Cleanse with me, doesn't drink any water (may be 1 cup a day). He says that it's not required. I looked up Stanley B. book: "Extra water can be taken as desired.".

Another question: why do we need to replenish good bacteria? Is it because of SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or there is another reason?
