I did even better than that. After I posted that, I burned up the healthy dinner I prepared for my son so I took him to Taco Bell and still didn't buckle. Even with all their cheesey and crispy delights.

How many days did you fast and how long have you been off? How much weight did you loss? Have you maintained the weight loss? How do you feel?
