NO P&B shakes. It can lead to constipation and is not part of the MC. The whole point is to give the digestion system a rest!

Plus the P&B shakes can make you go into massive detox crisis - you have enough of those without the P&B shakes. YOu do not want to overload. So please, no P&B shakes.
