Stick with it! Thats my advice. Im on day 5 right now. Im planning on doing 21 days. My birthday and valentines day will come and go while on the cleanse. My feeling is that there will always be a reason to put it off. I have done that too many times in the past. This time Im making my health number 1 over anything holiday birthday etc.

I say stick it out. tell your child you have a flu or upset stomach and you cant eat the pizza. you child wont mind, and you'll feel so much better that you completed this.
