mix them with the lemonade

a person on here had a good idea of makin one extra peppery (full day dose) lemonade and just getting it over with and then the rest of the lemonades without.
drink two glasses of water after you have the pepper and lean or lay on your right side. it will speed it through your stomach. laying down is best.
