I looked for a non-senna tea as well but so far have not succeeded, as I get very strong cramps (sweat on your eyebrow kind of strong) from it.

I do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the mornings, and in the late afternoon I often drink a glass of warm water with some lemonjuice in it (no maple syrup). That usually gets the bowels moving as well.
