Ever since I started using the Cayenne Pepper (I bought them in cap form), I've been getting upset stomachs immediately after taking them. For the past few days, each time I pop one of the Cayenne caps, I get bad stomach pains 2 minutes later for about a 15 minutes in duration each time I have one. Is this normal?

Should I be breaking them open instead of just swallowing the caps?
