I just ordered Primal Defense because I'm going to try the Maker's Diet. I have also taken iflora and the one that I like by Jarrow is called Jarro-Dophilus + FOS. If you buy the one made by Jarrow, remember to keep it refrigerated and to take it on an empty stomach.
